Yes, both move-in and move-out inspections are required to document the property's condition before and after your lease term. Upon move-in, we conduct a detailed inspection to note the condition of the property. Tenants will have the opportunity to review and acknowledge any pre-existing issues. At move-out, the property will be inspected for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Tenants are responsible for any necessary repairs or cleaning.

Yes, Pet policies vary by property. A pet deposit and monthly pet fee is required to include additional fee(s) for each pet.
Lease renewal options will be provided before your lease end date. Tenants will receive notification to extend or terminate their lease.
