You can apply online through our Tenant Portal. Applications require proof of income, a background check, and a security deposit. 

A signed lease, first month’s rent or prorated rent for md-month move-in(s), security deposit, and a completed move-in inspection are required before receiving keys. 

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the "Properties Tab" under "maintenance request." Emergency issues should be reported immediately via our service desk. 

Emergencies include major leaks, flooding, electrical hazards, gas leaks, or no heat/AC in extreme weather. If life-threatening, call 911 first 

Tenants are responsible for routine pest control. If the landlord must intervene due to severe infestation, additional service fees may apply. 

 Yes, both move-in and move-out inspections are required to document the property's condition before and after your lease term.  Upon move-in, we conduct a detailed inspection to note the condition of the property. Tenants will have the opportunity to review and acknowledge any pre-existing issues.  At move-out, the property will be inspected for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Tenants are responsible for any necessary repairs or cleaning. 

Early lease termination policies vary and are outlined in the lease agreement. Fees may apply based on the terms of your contract. Contact us for details. 

Yes, Pet policies vary by property. A pet deposit and monthly pet fee is required to include additional fee(s) for each pet. 

Lease renewal options will be provided before your lease end date. Tenants will receive notification to extend or terminate their lease.
